NEEV Metering pumps are reciprocating positive displacement pumps. The metered flow can be continuously adjusted.
A set stroke volume is displaced constantly and repeatedly at a defined stroke frequency. The defined stroke volume or stroke frequency can be exactly adjusted as required.

• Fluid Metered:

  Liquids, foams, suspensions, dispersions, melts, gases, harmless abrasive, toxic, aggressive, viscous, at all vapor pressures.

• Metered Flow per Pump Head:

  From 0.01 l/h to 15,882 l/h, adjustable from zero to maximum with pump stopped or in operation. Maximum capacity of triplex diaphragm pumps (3 pump heads = 47,646 l/h)

• Operating Pressure:

  From 1 bar up to 700 bar.

• Viscosity:

  From 0.1 up to 200 cp.
  Special designs for high viscous fluids are available.

• Temperature:

  Maximum temperature of 120ºC (up to 300ºC with special designs)

• Metering Accuracy:

  The metering accuracy is better than ±0.1 %.
